摘要：一种熔接式轴承保持架，包括保持架本体，保持架本体上间隔设置有隔块，相邻的隔块之间形成球兜孔，球兜孔上方开设有收口部，所述隔板上部周边加工有倒角，隔块上方通过熔接方式连接有上盖。与现有技术相比，本实用新型的一种熔接式轴承保持架，通过在保持架上方熔接上盖，使装球后的保持架形成整体，一方面钢球不易从保持架上脱落，另一方面提高了保持架的整体强度，提升使用寿命。
Abstract： A fusion welding type bearing retainer comprises a retainer body, partition blocks are arranged on the retainer body at intervals, ball pockets are formed between the adjacent partition blocks, closing-up parts are arranged above the ball pockets, chamfers are machined on the peripheries of the upper portions of partition plates, and upper covers are connected to the upper portions of the partition blocks in a fusion welding mode. Compared with the prior art, the welding type bearing retainer has the advantages that the upper cover is welded above the retainer, so that the retainer filled with balls forms a whole, on one hand, the steel balls are not easy to fall off from the retainer, on the other hand, the overall strength of the retainer is improved, and the service life is prolonged.
