摘要：本实用新型公开了一种双重密封微型轴承，包括内圈、外圈以及置于内圈和外圈之间的滚珠，其特征在于：在所述滚珠的一侧设置有第一防尘结构，该第一防尘结构包括设置在所述外圈内周面的第一防尘盖和设置在所述内圈外周面的第二防尘盖。本实用新型在轴承与外部环境接触的一侧设置有第一防尘结构，该防尘结构包括第一防尘盖和第二防尘盖，不仅在原来一道密封防尘的基础上，增加了一道密封防尘，而且第一防尘盖和第二防尘盖分别固定在内圈和外圈，内圈和外圈发生相对转动，所以第一防尘盖和第二防尘盖之间也发生转动，在两者之间形成稳定的气流，阻止了灰尘的进入，防尘效果大大提升。
