Job requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of production management experience, project management experience;
- Familiar with the production process and technology of the parts manufacturing industry, familiar with the entire project process;
- Have strong communication and coordination skills, and be able to effectively communicate and coordinate with the production site, quality department, procurement department, etc.
- Have strong data analysis and decision-making capabilities, and be able to analyze and make decisions on the production process based on production data and market information.
- Familiar with employee training and incentive methods, and have certain leadership skills.
Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for formulating and implementing the company's production plan, and tracking and achieving production goals.
- Responsible for the management of the company's workshop, coordinating production progress, and ensuring the smooth implementation of production goals.
- Supervise the production process, optimize production processes, and improve production efficiency.
- Formulate a raw material procurement plan to ensure that the supply of raw materials is coordinated with the production progress.
- Formulate a workshop staffing plan to ensure the reasonable allocation of workshop personnel.
- Formulate and implement safety standards for workshop production processes.
- Responsible for analyzing and improving workshop production efficiency and continuously improving the production process.
- Responsible for collecting, organizing and reporting workshop production data.
